Since our founding in 1985, we have specialized in the design and manufacture of high-quality lifting and loading technology. Our strength lies in product solutions tailored individually to your requirements. We support you from the initial consultation through design to the manufacture and installation of our lifting and loading equipment.

Thanks to our continuous growth, we currently employ around 45 people in Bergneustadt, Germany. A modern HR policy and flexible working time arrangements ensure a high level of employee loyalty and make our company attractive to young skilled professionals.

Founded and managed by Mr. Manfred Grundei, the company today operates approximately 6,000 m² of production space in Germany. A new office building was completed in 2020.

To carry forward Mr. Manfred Grundei’s vision, the company was converted into a limited liability company (GmbH) in 2000, with Mr. Thorsten Grundei serving as Managing Director alongside Mr. Manfred Grundei. Since the beginning of 2026, Mr. Jan Buchwald has strengthened the management team as an additional Managing Director.
